Douglas has served as an executive level leader in both non-profit and for-profit environments for the past 37 years. As the founding partner of Executive Performance Group, a business coaching and consulting organization in Cleveland Ohio, he now works extensively with business leaders, executives, and their teams to help them achieve higher levels of performance both individually and professionally.
Douglas holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the Townsend Institute of Leadership at Concordia University, and is a Certified Executive Leadership Coach (PCC). He specializes in leadership performance, emotional intelligence, and the neurological impact of behaviors, systems, and practices upon individuals, teams and business environments.
He also is a member of the Global Team Coaching Institute, and carries professional certifications as a Team Coaching Foundations Certified Coach, enabling teams to achieve higher levels of shared purpose, collaboration, and performance.
Currently he serves as an Adjunct Professor of Graduate studies in the Concordia University Master’s Program in Organizational Leadership in Irvine, California. He also is a licensed certified trainer of the EQi 2.0 /EQ 360, the world’s leading assessment tool for Emotional Intelligence and social competencies in leadership.
Preferring an individualized and tailored approach to each client, Douglas seeks to help executives face internal performance barriers, obtain measurable goals, effectively scale both the business needs and internal leadership capacity, and develop teams to effectively coalesce around a set of objectives with a shared purpose in a safe, supportive, and collaborative way.

As an Executive Coach and Consultant, Autumn has worked extensively within the Chick-fil-A organization for over 9-years creating tailored training solutions for organizational success.
Her vast experience as Multi-unit Training Director, coupled with her passionate desire to see people grow and develop, has provided unique value to Owner/Operators in California, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Georgia, and Virginia. Harnessing her experience in the food-service-industry, Autumn has developed a customized training platform providing stores with a virtual plug and play training system with distinct roles, responsibilities, and effective training outcomes. These unique systems have helped stores decreased staff turnover, reduce food waste, cut labor costs, increase customer satisfaction scores and enhance Team Member engagement.
Autumn holds a Master’s degree from The Townsend Institute at Concordia University in Organization leadership, and is currently completing her second Master’s degree in Executive Coaching.
Outside of office hours, she loves spending time with her husband, ballroom dancing, caring for her plants, and helping people grow!
